Rock Paper Sicssors

Tournament Format:
This is a double-elimination tournament with rounds similar to a tennis match format. Players must win two out of three games to take a "set," and two sets to win the "match." In the championship, it’s best-of-three for each set and best-of-five for the match.
Rules:

Players start with arms out, elbows bent.
-
Eyes may be on the opponent's face but not their hands.
-
Official calls “Rock, Paper, Scissors, Shoot,” and players reveal on “Shoot.”
-
Fists pump before “Shoot,” and players choose Rock (fist), Scissors (V-shape), or Paper (flat hand).
-
Hesitation results in a rethrow; two faults mean a loss.
Scoring:

Rock beats Scissors, loses to Paper, ties Rock.
-
Paper beats Rock, loses to Scissors, ties Paper.
-
Scissors beats Paper, loses to Rock, ties Scissors.
Domino

Tournament Rules:
-
Time Limit: Matches are 45min. Record start time. If a game is progressing too slowly, call for a judge. The judge may reduce points to 200 for the remaining games.

Changing Partners: Not allowed.
-
Calling Counts: Counts must be called before the next play. Either partner can call the count.
-
Scoring: Scores are to 6. Matches are best 2 out of 3.

Singles Matches: Played one-on-one, each player draws 9 dominoes. Penalty for under/over-drawing: 1 point.

Penalties:
-
Drew and Could Play: 1-point penalty
-
Over-drawing in Doubles/French: 50-point penalty if dominoes are turned up. If not turned up, the player with fewer than 7 dominoes draws from the other player’s hand.

Passed and Could Play: 50-point penalty.
-
Cheating: 50-point penalty or disqualification.
-
No Alcohol on Table or Distractions:
-
smoking outside only;
-
spectators cannot talk during play.

First to Go: Determined by high draw after shuffling.
-
Domino Handling: Keep hands above table level. First infraction: warning.
-
No Redraw or Reshuffle: Not allowed due to voids in suits or too many doubles.

Dominoes Not in the Shuffle: Players are responsible for all dominoes not in the shuffle. If left out by mistake, they are reshuffled. If intentionally excluded, refer to a judge.

Exposed Dominoes: If dominoes are exposed during the shuffle or drawing, they must be reshuffled or accepted by the player who exposed them.

Misplayed Domino: If caught before the next play, the domino will be placed elsewhere on the table or played when possible. If not caught in time, it stands as played.

Wrong Double Played: If a wrong double is played as the spinner and not caught before the next play, it stands. If caught in time, it will be corrected. Player gets 50 point penalty

Played Out of Turn: A domino played out of turn will be left face-up and played at the first opportunity. Player gets 50 points penalty

Blocked Game: In singles, a game is blocked when neither player can play. In singles and doubles, the lowest points in the opponent's hand are scored. In case of a tie, no points are awarded.
Ludi/Ludo

Game Plays in a clockwise position

Rolling a six lets a player either move a pawn out of base or advance a pawn in play, with an extra roll awarded.

Rolling a double 6 make awards a player to move an opponents pawn back to base.

Three consecutive doubles lead to a player losing their turn.

SPADES

Game Rules:
-
First team to 350 points wins.
-
Bid every hand with a partner (one opens, one closes).
-
Minimum bid is the board (4 points).
-
Locked bid: No changes once placed.
-
2 sets = Game.
-
Bid 10, +/- 150 points.
-
Spades can lead at any time.
-
A "Boston" during any match does not end the game. Bidding a Boston = 200 points.
-
Saying "a possible" is allowed.
Deal Rules:
-
First diamond deals to start a new game.
-
Use a card to mark the cut. Dealers cut accordingly.
-
Dealer must take the last card; otherwise, it’s a misdeal.
-
Dealers cannot flip cards or show the bottom card during dealing.
-
Use 2 decks per game.
-
Players may not pick up their hand until dealing is complete.
-
No spades + no face cards = Bad Luck (still play).
-
Count your cards after dealing. Missing a card results in a set.
Bingo

Calling "Bingo": Once a player has completed a winning pattern, they must immediately shout "Bingo!" to claim their win. The game stops, and the card is verified.

Verification: After a "Bingo" is called, the caller will verify the player's card to confirm the win.

One Winner: If multiple players call "Bingo" at the same time, the first person to call it is considered the winner.

No Cheating: Players must only mark the numbers that are actually called out. Any fraudulent behavior may result in disqualification.

Prize: The winner of each round typically receives a prize, which can be predetermined or announced by the game organizer.

Disputes: In the event of a dispute, the caller or event organizer's decision is final.
